Rekonštrukcia eklektickej vily v existujúcom stavebne konsolidovanom prostredí vilovej štvrti mesta. Architektonický návrh sa opiera o dôkladnú diferenciáciu reprezentačno-úradných priestorov od súkromnej rezidencie. Hmota objektu je nová, nevychádza z pôvodného objektu a je na báze mäkkého tvarového princípu krivkových hmôt uplatnených v arkieri, schodisku, streche a pergole. Biely keramický obklad v kombinácii s drevenými tmavomorenými doplnkami symbolicky znázorňuje symbiózu koloniálnej bielej španielskej architektúry so slovenskými drevenými prvkami. Existujúci vzrastlá borovica sa stala súčasťou architektúry.
CONSULATE OF CUBA, GUNDULIČOVA STREET IN BRATISLAVA – A reconstruction of an eclectic villa within the existing consolidated surroundings of the built-up villa quarter of the city. The architectonic design is based upon a thorough differentiation between the official representative spaces and the private residence. The material of the building is new, not coming from the original structure, and it is done on the basis of a soft shaping principle of cylindrical and curved materials, applied in the oriel windows, the staircase, the roof, and the pergola. White ceramic tiling, combined with dark-blue wooden fixtures, represents a symbiosis of white colonial Spanish architecture with Slovak wooden elements. The existing grand pine tree became a part of the architecture.
