Europa Shoping a Business Center v Bystrici je jeden z ekonomicky najúspešnejších realizovaných centier na Slovensku. Preto investori logicky hľadá možnosť rozšírenia areálu. Naša štúdia overuje možnosť expanzie severným smerom. Forma zástavby je obdobná ako pri prvej etape, kde viacpodlažná podnož kopírujúje reliéf terénu. V suteréne sú parkovacie, skladové a technické priestory. Na prízemí a prvom poschodí sú retailové priestory. Nad nimi okolo terasy nádvoria sú priestory administratívy spolu s hlavným objektom na terase – krytou viacúčelovou halou o kapacite 5000 miest. V priestore medzi oboma hmotami E1 a E2 je rezervované miesto pre vežový objekt hotela a pre mestskú galériu.
EUROPA 2 BANSKÁ BYSTRICA – Europa Shoping and Business Center in Bystrica is one of the most economically successful realized centers in Slovakia. Therefore, investors logically look for the possibility of expanding the volume of the building. Our study verifies the possibility of expansion in the north direction. The form of extention is similar to the first stage, where the multi-storey base follows the terrain relief. In the basement there are parking, storage and technical background. On the ground floor and first floor are retail premises. Above them, around the courtyard terrace, are the administration premises together with the main building on the terrace – a covered multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 5000 seats. The space between the two masses E1 and E2 is reserved for the tower object of the hotel and for the city gallery.
