Po realizácii areálu Európy v Banskej Bystrici a Zvolene investor sa na nás obrátil zabezpečiť návrh obdobného Centra pre mesto Levice. Aj v tomto prípade sme mali možnosť Centrum umiestniť do centra mesta, kam podľa nás patrí takáto multifunčná budova. Svoje skúsenosti zo spojenia komercie a kultúry sme v návrhu zužitkovali a napriek plánovanej sanácii existujúceho Kultúrneho domu sme do novostavby navrhli dve univerzálne sály. Originálnym počinom v tomto riešení bolo spojenie plánovaného centra s bytovým areálom – s vyše sto paťdesiat bytmi na jeho východnej strane.
EUROPA LEVICE – After realization of the similar buildings of Europe in Banská Bystrica and Zvolen, the investor turned to us to provide a proposal for a Center in the City of Levice. In this case, too, we had the opportunity to place the Center in the city center, where we think such a multifunctional building belongs. We used our experience from the connection of commerce and culture in the design and despite the planned remediation of the existing Culture House, we designed two universal halls for the new building. An original feat in this solution was the connection of the planned center with the residential complex – with over one hundred and fifty apartments on its eastern side of the EUROPA.
